Manufacturing is carried out under controlled conditions based on documented workmanship standards, product specifictions, work instructions and inspection criteria. For each cable we build, we use the latest manufacturing processes, combined with hands-on expertise and craftsmanship. We ensure these processes through our certified IPC/WHMA-A-620A training and years of experience. A rigouous training program is designed and implemented by a Manufacturing Engineer to ensure each employee possesses the most up-to-date skills necessary to achieve maximum performance. Each employee is encouranged to be active participants in the manufacturing process, with their knowledge and experience as the best continuous improvement tools.

Why IPC
The IPC/WHMA-A-620A standard describes the criteria of acceptability for stripping, crimping, IDC termination, soldering and packaging for cables and harnesses. This standard has created an industry consensus program that includes training, certification and instructional materials.
